Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly share clear photos or videos for verification.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may exchange items for a different size, color, or design of equal value.

  • If the exchanged item has a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

  3. Once approved, send the item back to the provided address.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer (as applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Return Shipping
